AGENCY/FREELANCING

We have an expanding agency practice covering all the local County Courts and also the Magistrates Courts. Our aim is to report to our principals the same day that the court decision has been made. We take the view that acting as an agent is an essential way of saving costs  combined with an effective and expeditious service.

Freelancing is our most recent development. We are seeing an increase in the use of temporary recruitment and the skills shortage in the permanent market. It is also cost effective for firms to use freelance solicitors giving both flexibility to the principal and the freelance lawyer. We are able to provide an professional service at short notice to suit most areas.
