Agency Practice.

We have an expanding agency practice covering all the local County Courts and also the Magistrates Courts.

Our aim is to report to our principals the same day that the court decision has been made.

We take the view that acting as an agent is an essential way of saving costs combined with an effective and expeditious service.

If you have a general query or should you wish to discuss the fundimentals and merits of a particular case, we are happy to provide friendly and helpful advice.

Freelancing.

Freelancing is our most recent development.

During these times of more stringent financial constraints we are seeing an increase in the use of temporary recruitment, this coupled with a skills shortage in the permanent market has lead to an increase in the use of freelance legal services.

It is also cost effective for firms to use freelance solicitors giving both flexibility to the principal and the freelance lawyer. At Mark Matthews & Co we have adopted this new working practice as an alternative a way forward to the standard model of practice driven law firms, and to that end are happy to make our services available on a freelance basis.

We are able to provide a professional service at short notice to suit most areas.
