What does no win no fee mean?

We will take on your case on the understanding that if you lose you do not need to pay your solicitors costs.

You may have to pay other costs and you should be advised to take out insurance to cover these payments in this instance.

If you win you pay the solicitor's fees and disbursements or these may be paid by the opponents.

A success fee is also charged which will be explained to you at your first appointment.
